We use the Performance Indicator (PI) to understand significant behavioral indicators and communication styles of our clients and their preferred style of performing their jobs. Our clients use the reports to obtain a better picture of their employees’ and successors’ potential for growth and how they can help them maximize their potential.

The Profile XT
The ProfileXT is designed to help our clients achieve the best possible job fit between a job candidate and a job position. The Profile XT can assist in developing effective work teams, designing optimal training programs based on the trainees’ style of learning, helping supervisors determine which approach will work best when working with a particular employee, and helping develop succession plans. With the ProfileXT, we can develop a job pattern for a particular position and see how well a candidate matches up against that position.
