1991-2009 : Senior Vice President, Business Resource Services (BRS), training and consulting company. Highlights:
- Helped firm expand client base beyond domestic banking industry to domestic and international trade and professional associations, franchise organizations, and corporate networks
- Developed Profit Mastery DVD Series, a nationally renowned financial training program for closely-held business owners and advisors
- Developed, managed, and facilitated FIT Performance Groups for retail jewelers, independent pharmacists, and senior care and lawn service franchise systems.
1987-1991, Vice President, Seattle King County Economic Development Council (EDC). Highlights:
- Developed inaugural family business forum for King County Businesses
- Managed ombudsman program for local area businesses.

Lauren's Personal Interests
- Travel — my partner, Simon Siegl and I love to travel. It was Morocco and NYC this year. We're shooting for Italy and Hawaii in 2011!
- Theater — season ticket holder to Seattle Repertory Theater for last season and Intiman for 2010 season
- Spending time outdoors — boating, hiking, swimming, and tennis.
- Yoga — Perfecting (it's a process!) my practice always renews and refreshes me
- Cooking and fine wine— going to farmers market and making fresh healthy food and finding new NW wines to enjoy
- Spending time with two boys — Patrick 19, a freshman at Central Washington University, and Andrew, 17, a junior at Shorewood High School.
